INTRODUCTION

In the past decade, the Latin Community was in the spot light for many reasons, from the economical
contribution to our country, the active participation defending our country, the cultural contribution and
dynamism in the life in America.

Latinos United of Carroll County was born to vitalize all the potential of our community in this Georgia
Region.

Our Programs and Initiatives head to:

1 – Strengthening our community’s health, providing to the elder and children medical attention, and
to any person that is in the need, through the remarkably effort of many volunteers.
2 – Providing educative tools for the new comers to better understand how the System of Justice and
the American Society works.
3 – To create the environment in which our immigrant community and the rest of the population of this
Region, can sustain a dialogue to build the trust in each other to succeed in make Georgia a better
place to live.
